Never Give Up Hope

The devotee of Lord Krishna never gives up hope of his attaining the supreme perfection of complete, total freedom from all suffering because he understands the unlimited mercy of Lord Sri Krishna. We may foolishly forget Krishna. But as our loving father He never forgets us. And thus He has been inducing us since time immemorial to return to our original home in the Spiritual Sky. Thus it is now time that we start listening to Him instead of our rascal minds.

The soul is sat, cit, ananda (eternal, full of knowledge, and full of bliss). If the soul is full of knowledge why did we as souls choose to fall down in spite of having all the knowledge?

Please accept my blessings.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Since Krishna is fully independent , svarāṭ,
we being part and parcel have partial independence.
We always have choice to love Him or leave Him.
Since the choice is always there sometimes it is
misused. In this connection Srila Prabhupada writes
in his purport to Bhagavad-gita, Chapter 13, Text 23
as follows:

This misuse of independence is the cause of his material strife in the conditioned nature. The Lord, therefore, is always giving instruction from within and from without. From without He gives instructions as stated in Bhagavad-gītā, and from within He tries to convince the living entity that his activities in the material field are not conducive to real happiness. "Just give it up and turn your faith toward Me. Then you will be happy,"

Let us take advantage of Krishna’s mercy and return to Him.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here.
