Reviving the World Religion

Formerly this entire planet was united in one global, peaceful, loving family. The head of government was at Hastinapur, near what is now New Delhi. There was only one global culture whose religion was service to the Supreme Lord. Now, since the advent of Kali Yuga 5,000 years ago, that one-world, spiritually centered culture has disintegrated, and a highly fragmented multi-national, multi-cultural, and multi-religious world society based on greed and exploitation has emerged.

There is no need for all of this divisiveness. If we can simply acknowledge that we all come from the same source, the same Supreme Person with unlimited names, and that we all share the same duty, to surrender fully unto Him in love and devotion, then the original world religion, which peacefully united all of humanity for millions of years, can be revived.

Question: How to Make an Important Decision?

Please accept my humble obeisances.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

May I ask you a question about decision taking? I have a situation in life when I should make a choice among four options. The situation is related with my job and place of living. My place of living as well as my working area, professional duties, tasks and responsibilities could be changed very seriously depending on choice I will make.

How it is possible to make right choice and to take right decision?

All of the options have their positive and negative sides, but I don't know which of them is better or best to realize my personal qualities, nature and varna. More over this choice will also affect my wife as well. We don't have children yet.

Instruct me please, Maharaja.

Since become fully Krishna conscious is the ultimate purpose of human existence, all decisions should be based on the principle of seeing what is most favorable for your Krishna consciousness.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments. Krishna is not a myth, nor is He an ordinary historical personality. He is the Supreme All-Attractive Personality of Godhead. He is the oldest of all while simultaneously maintaining the form of a 16 year old youth.
