Srila Prabhupada, you saved me
From hopelessness and disgrace.
Blessed me with divine vision
Of what lies beyond this place.
So adeptly you uprooted my confusion
By distinguishing reality from illusion.
So now there's nothing for this feeble soul to do
But to give my eternal existence to you.

Srila Prabhupada you blessed me
With ecstasy unsurpassed.
Released me from the hell of birth and death
And quagmire karma I amassed.
You astound me amazingly to this very day
By your words of unprecedented sway.

Answer: The Start--Get Out While the Getting is Good

Since the Kali yuga lasts for 432,00 years of which only 5,000 have passed, it is less than 2% completed with more than 98% left to go. We have seen very little of the horrors of Kali yuga thus far because it is just getting started. Therefore we should take advantage of the recent appearance of Lord Caitanya only 500 years ago and get out of the this troubled age while there is still a good opportunity to do so before further degradation comes.

Heart Melting Reunion with Amarendra and Gayatri

On Friday 26 June 2015 I was blessed with the greatest good fortune of meeting with two of the dearest devotees of my entire life, His Grace Amarendra Prabhu and his good wife, Srimati Gayatri devi dasi. I am eternally indebted to these great souls for how much they helped me in my spiritual life when I was a young devotee. When I was young brahmacari monk in 1973 I joined with the two of them in Gainesville, Florida. We were a three person preaching center, and they were just like a mother and father to me. I had so many wonderful Krishna conscious experiences in their association that I can hardly begin to describe them here. But at least may it suffice for me to say for now that Gayatri taught me what it means to be a soft-hearted devotee of the Lord and she gave me my first cooking lesson, teaching me how to make cauliflower pakoras, and Amarendra taught me the art of how to preach strongly, intelligently, and coolly to defeat opposing arguments.
