If you want to regain your constitutional position of unlimited happiness, you must bring your senses under control because as long as you allow them to control you, you will remain subject to the fourfold miseries of birth, death, old age, and disease. Controlled senses means to engage the senses in the service of the master of the senses, Hrisikesha or Krishna.
