Krishna Does Not Tolerate Offenses Against His Devotees
4 January 2025
Srila Prabhupada writes as follows in his purport to Bhagavad-gita, Chapter One, Texts 32-35:"The devotee of the Lord does not retaliate against the wrongdoer, but the Lord does not tolerate any mischief done to the devotee by the miscreants. The Lord can excuse a person on His own account, but He excuses no one who has done harm to His devotees."
Krishna's devotee is very meek, humble, and tolerant. He forgives all offenses which are committed against him thinking that he deserves even more abuse. But Krishna is not so forgiving. He punishes those who are offensive to His devotees.
A notable example is this connection is that when Jagai and Madhai were so offensive to Lord Nityananda that one of them struck Him on the forehead with the piece of an earthen pot causing blood to flow, Lord Caitanya came there in angry mood to kill these miscreants. But did not do so because Lord Nityananda begged Him to forgive them.

Why do I commit so many mistakes?Answer
Since we are conditioned souls we are subject to four kinds of defects: imperfect senses, tendency be illusioned, making mistakes, and cheating. Our senses imperfectThus we have the tendency to be illusioned
This causes us to make so many mistakes
But in spite of this we cheat because we think, speak and act as if we are perfect.
